We were asked to create a section of airforce.com to help the U.S. Air Force recruit more Chaplains and highlight the importance of their existence. Oh, and with a shoestring budget.

Naturally, we ignored the warning that we wouldn't be able to afford video content and created some. We interviewed five very different Chaplains as well as a few of the airmen they've helped along the way. We had no idea how much of an impact this project would have on us.

I can confidently say that Chaplains have one of the most challenging, rewarding and important jobs in the Air Force. They provide faith and counsel wherever they are needed. From the flight line to the front lines. And everywhere in between.
